Wild Weaving Workshop
Jaimee Roberts
Ages 4th - 8th Grade Students
Wednesday Afternoon, August 6, 3:30 - 5:30PM
Join me, Jaimee Veronneau Roberts, to make a small, colorful, handwoven wall hanging. We’ll use a traditional style loom to learn the basics of weaving, but instead of a plain palette we’ll explore with metallic yarns, patterned paper, thick and thin threads, and a rainbow of weft hues. We’ll spend 2 hours working with our hands to create an individually unique art piece. Bring yourself and an experimental attitude!
