As a non-profit organization, it is critical for the RIWC to have the expected enrollment in our classes. We do understand, however, that sometimes things come up and you are not able to take a class as planned. All payments are non-refundable, with the exception of the materials cost for a class.

If you notify the Rhode Island Weaving Center

• 30 days before the class begins, 100% of your deposit and/or full class payment may be applied towards the cost of another class at the RIWC within a two-year period.

• 14-29 days before the class begins, 50% of your deposit and/or full class payment may be applied towards the cost of another class at the RIWC within a two-year period.

• 0-13 days before the class begins, none of your deposit and/or full class payment maybe be applied towards the cost of another class at the RIWC.
